Kuva Liches give unique weapons and cosmetics upon completion. When finishing a lich, you will be given the option to convert or vanquish the lich. Each option will give different rewards. Vanquishing a lich will give you the ephemera ( if they have one ), their kuva weapon and items they stole form you.
